Return and Refund Policy

1. RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
– Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received;
– In original packaging with all tags and accessories;
– Accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned:
– Customized or personalized products (e.g., engraved ID tags, custom-printed bowls);
– Pet apparel, collars, harnesses, or bedding that have been unpackaged or show signs of use (hygiene reasons);
– Perishable goods such as pet food, treats, or supplements;
– Sealed products that have been opened (e.g., treat bags, toy packages);
– Gift cards.

4. RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RMA)

All returns must be pre-approved. Please contact us at info@allypaw.com to request a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be discarded or returned to you at your expense.

5. RETURN SHIPPING COST

– For defective, damaged, or wrong items: We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs after verification.
– For change of mind or other non-quality reasons: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

6. RESTOCKING FEE

For returns not caused by our error, we may deduct a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price to cover handling and repackaging. The fee will be clearly communicated before refund.

7. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

Inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@allypaw.com with photos/videos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost, including return shipping if needed.

9. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item following this policy and place a new order.

10. EU & UK CONSUMERS (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)

If you reside in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you (or a person you designate) physically receives the goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us before the period expires. We will reimburse all payments received, excluding any extra delivery costs beyond our cheapest standard option. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to non-returnable items listed in Section 3.
