Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and Chinese public holidays).
All products are shipped directly from our warehouse in China.
For pre-order or made-to-order items, processing time is stated on the product page.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
– Free standard shipping on all orders over $59 USD.
– For orders under $59, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
3. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time
We ship worldwide using a network of reliable international logistics carriers. All orders are dispatched from China. The specific carrier is selected automatically based on the destination and package weight (e.g., courier, expedited line, or postal services).
Estimated delivery time after dispatch (not including processing time):
Southeast Asia: 5–12 business days
United States & Canada: 7–20 business days
Europe, Australia, New Zealand: 7–20 business days
Rest of the world: 15–30 business days
Note: Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen events. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
– Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their destination country (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
– We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
– If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned or abandoned, you will be responsible for all shipping costs and any loss.
– Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
5. Order Tracking
– A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
– Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after dispatch.
6. Address Changes
– Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change the shipping address.
– Once the order has been packed or shipped, the address cannot be changed. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
– If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please check with neighbors, front desk, or your local post office first.
– If tracking has no update for more than 45 days (or 60 days for remote regions), contact us for an investigation.
– Confirmed lost packages will be fully refunded or replaced (at our discretion).
– For damaged items: please keep the unboxing video and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Minor packaging wear due to shipping is not considered damage.
8. Undeliverable Packages
– If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unclaimed customs, or failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs. A refund (excluding original shipping fees) may be issued if you choose not to reship.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to pandemic, natural disasters, strikes, wars, or government actions.
